if you really NEED to get rid of “skin” the only way to do it is an operation, that is if its just skin. being that you are a woman, it is very normal. dont be so self conscious if its just a little bit of skin. now if you do have fat, which I really doubt since you are thin, the only way to burn it is cardio. that is the first step to getting abs. for most women its not that easy and requires a lot of working out(every other day about 45 minutes focusing on your abs) to achieve super cut abs.
who the hell is the girl in the pic with the red bikini??? I HAVE to google her because there is no way that her body is like that. the pic looks photoshopped.
im thinking to a certain point it would help but most of this is just useing your abs to pull your legs closer into your body to the left and right. not up and down so gravity wouldnt really be a big factor in this

Hey.!! well i’m 17.. and i am very thin… but in the lower part of my abdomen (the area around the bellybuttom) i have like a little bit of extra skin!! it drives me crazyy!! i dont know what to do about it… and the sad thing is that i work out everyday… and nothing works..!!

I think the abdominal muscles should be trained as frequently as all other muscles… ONCE per WEEK. Have you ever seen my 12-Week Transformation video? I only worked my abdominal muscles once per wee for the last 8 weeks… and only about 3-4 minutes at a time. However, I exercised “ECCENTRICS,” the secret solution to strength. That’s why I wrote a book about it.

You can spot PROduce muscle but can’t spot REduce fat. You can definitely burn a lot of fat off of your entire body in 2 months though… and some of that will be from the lower abs. The last place you store fat is usually the first place it comes off.

Standfirm, this looks great. Will this technique get rid of the fat pad above the “private area” quickly? Im looking to get results in a little over 2 months as my goal. Can my goal be achieved in my time frame? i also have been dieting for a little while now and have dropped weight off pretty nicely and have gained muscle as well, but i’d love to flatten the fat pad in a little over 2 months. please respond back. hey try doing some crunches and situps/side sit-ups to get a six pack. everyone has a 8-pack already but there is a fatty layer covering the lower abs. it helps if you have a low body fat percentage.
yea im in the same boat. 4 pack blues…. im gonna do a fair bit of running and cutting out the midnight carbs
ok help me out im 14 i have like arnold swchartzennegger legs fairly good upper abs but in between my lower abs really suck man the reason i have huge legs is because i used to be kinda chubby and i lost weight(idk how) so the muscles stayed now i have fairly good upper abs but my lower abs really suck man
I don’t know why people are hating. I’ve seen these exercises before and I know they are efficient.. shouldn’t that be all that matters?
Those aren’t that hard they way this vid has taught them. Try lowering the feet to at most 3 inches above the ground - that estimation will take time with experience - and try raising the butt before your legs hit 90 degrees with the ground, say 70 degrees.

It might be that you have to adjust you’re diet, cause you might have to much bodyfat at you’re waist, i presume.
