  22. I’ve had the same problem…don’t get protein shakes / those designer brands break down the formula to such a degree that nothing gets absorbed by your body b/c of your high metabolism. Just eat a ton, but not like cheese or fatty things - and ALWAYS eat something w/ good protein right after a workout, otherwise your muscles will just eat themselves. 6 meals a day - including 2-3 protein/energy bars b/w bigger meals.
