Those are some good exercises. I like using the versacuffs for lateral tube walking, but the featured hamstrings exercise in this workout was good.
You might have you size ideas skewed. The girls here are definitely a six or below. And those “plump” Top Model girls? Most are 20% less than a healthy weight.
But until Posh breaks with Becks, I hear there’s a hot skeleton available at the morgue.

i would recommend Aylio resistance bands. aylio offers a great resistance training set. other bands i’ve tried often snap or feel somewhat awkward during certain movements

maybe it’s just me, but they seem … plump? i’m used to size 4-6 women so i might be slightly biiased.

I agree. I tried one of these resistance bands and the band came off of the handle and hit me right in the face. I do have a resistance band that is just the band and it works much better. It’s good because you can increase the resistance by wrapping it around your hands more. I like to use it while I’m at work. But, generally, I use barbells and dumbbelss.
