You can’t specifically spot REduce fat… but you can spot PROduce muscle. If you gain muscle, do cardio, and eat VERY well, you’ll lose body fat. Don’t give up!

Hello! i have a qusetion. i am a 21 year old female who is 5′11″ and weighs 205 pounds. i gained 55 pounds during my pregnacy. 11 months have gone by and im still not back to where i wanna be. i know that i am over weight for my age and height, but how much am i suppose to weight.
I was looking on youtube a lot for decent thigh exercises and most they made you breathe maybe a little more, but it didn’t seem very effective. I did version 3(the most difficult) and after about 20-25 it was intense. Excellent video!
That’s interesting, never tried that one before. Only ever done regular or plie squats. It looks intense.

hey i do this with my wife! =p only we do it in bed and she does it hovering over my 5 inch dick and she’s going about 50 times faster and moaning!=p great vid

i no this may sound a bit weird
but i play on a hs football team and most everything on me is slim except my glute..
how much should i do this? is this the best way

Warm-up set with forearms on thighs.
Then as many “real” sets as you feel like doing… as many as you can do in perfect form each set. OUCH!
Muscle is more dense and compact, but you can’t just gain muscle without losing fat… if you want your legs to slim down too. Don’t forget cardio and fruits & veggies.
If you do these right, Frog Squats are probably the most painful of all exercises. Let me know when you can do 100 straight!

DUDE. i cant get to u. i wanted to ask u what exercises should i do to be able to do a standing HORIZONTAL jump - about 10ft. i need to do it in about 4 -5 months. it will be VERY helpful.
this will STRENGTHEN your thighs more than anything, the way this exercise is done in this vid wont give you bulky massive thighs but will give you a little more def
