  3. sarah has over-pronating feet(both) and excessive external rotation on the foot/ankel complex (both). the pushups, :D hehe. LPHC has moderate posterior tilt, decreases core engagment, as well as possessing about a 50% flexion in the hip, again decreasing core engagment. even if you wanted to, the nervous system is put at a disadvantage, and synergistic dominance begins, basically working every muscle your trying to turn off. :D
